At Classic Fit, we’re confident in the quality of our seat covers. If something’s not quite right, we’ll help you sort it out.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In original condition
• Unused and uninstalled
• In original packaging with all tags included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

1. Please email us at sales@classicfitcarseatcovers.com.au with your order details.
2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.
3. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised seat covers
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)

Damages or Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The fastest way is to place a new order and return your original item following the steps above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
